Peter Franco Sneakers

so anybody whose anybody in toronto knows about Peter Franco Sneakers however my blog is for everybody so today i bring you PFS. the brain child of Willis Ansong (very epic rad dude) who came up with the concept in his grade 11 journalism class while watching Law and Order (i know random eh!) and liked a character named Peter Franco so much he decided to use the name to start his lifestyle brand, he then added the Sneakers part cause "it sounded cool" and i agree. so after working on PFS for quite sometime they launched the official line in August of the past year. since dropping the initial line PFS has gained more and more street cred by sticking to core thoughts that started the company and i back it huge. PFS is going to drop a couple little treats this summer to keep the masses at bay, however Willis and his team are working on the fall line to drop in September and it promises to be rad and full of great pieces. for anybody hoping to get their hands on some PFS items you can find it either on the website www.francosneakers.com or at Gotstyle on King street, and i highly reccommend that you snag something (Thriller tee for sure, especially now).

my stupid scenefest

hello my stupid music and lifestyle blog readers,

yes this is my first post of my new blog and I have decided that it will be only fitting to write about my weekends activities at St Catherines very rad concert festivities known S.C.E.N.E (St. Catharines Event for New music Entertainment). this year had an amazing line up that boasted some of the raddest bands on the planet (Everytime I Die, Cancer Bats, Dead and Divine, Down With Webster and many more). the day started pouring rain which didn't damper anyones spirits as the people flooded into st catherines downtown area to check out the 100's of bands playing. as the day continued on the weather got beautiful and more and more people flooded in. Some of the highlights of the day were Dead and Divine absolutely killing it in front of a packed crowd at the main stage, followed up by Cancer Bats commanding the attention of every member of the crowd although the rain started to pour. then disaster happened and the clouds opened up and the rain came moments before everytime i die was to hit the stage, seconds after the massive crowd ran towards L3 club as it was stated that L3 was to be the new venue to host etid, the crowd assended onto L3 in a panic realizing that they may not end up getting to see etid. once the crowd died down the L3 staff began letting the crowd in and everytime i die did not disappoint killing it and giving the crowd the show they deserved. despite the downfalls of the weather this year S.C.E.N.E's festival was an amazing showcasing some great musicians. if you weren't there this year make sure you are next year.
